Fire Circle Referral Group Meeting Itinerary
To ensure a consistent and valuable experience for all members, Fire Circle Referral Groups will follow a standard meeting agenda:
Before the meeting begins, please share any referral wins you’ve received through the group with your Group Leader.
- The Group Leader will officially call the meeting to order.
- Group updates will be shared, including news, wins, and any important announcements.
- The first 20 minutes of each meeting will spotlight one group member, rotating regularly so everyone has an opportunity to be featured.
- Each member will have five minutes to share:
- An overview of their business
- Relevant updates
- The types of referrals they’re seeking this week
- A best practice or tip
- Gratitude for any business won through group referrals
- Any referrals they would like to pass along to other members
We strongly encourage members to schedule one-on-one meetings outside of the weekly session. These conversations are a great way to build stronger connections and learn more about each other’s businesses.
